Training at CSD

Conducting Training Programs to ESCOM ( Electricity Supply Company)
As per the direction of M/s KERC (Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission), BESCOM (Bangalore Electricity Supply Company) has requested CSD to conduct training program in divisions of BESCOM on the following issues

• Consumer Relation Management
• Consumer grievance handling procedure
• Curbing theft of electricity etc

Pilot project on implementation of Food Safety and Standards Act
CSD implementing the above project in jayanagar complex and mavanahalli panchyat. Awarness  camps are conducted for the food traders, school teachers, women group, angawadi workers & health professionals

GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment)

CSD is one of the few organization in Bangalore to have taken up GRIHA training and evaluation
