One day Smart City Orientation Program

CSD conducted its first workshop on Smart Cities Capacity building for City government officials. The programme aimed at acquainting the city officials with various subjects of Smart Cities starting from the basic concept to elements of Smart governance, smart energy systems, intelligent water programme by IBM, use of mobile for ICT and policies that will accelerate the growth of new and innovative cities. CSD also presented its proposed plan of Devanahalli region as a smart and sustainable region.

This programme was attended by 25 senior officers from various Municipalities and Town Planning Authority of Karnataka including Bangalore Development Authority.
