- ERC provides an assessment of the environmental issues of a city from a citizens perspective; ranks them in order of priority and records the response of government to these issues. CSD had produced an ERC in 2005. This is the second version which is contain a comparative analysis of the 2005 findings, as also the issues relevant to 2011.
